All prices displayed on our website are in RON and EURO and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or shipping fees. The total amount including taxes and fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Order Processing
Once you have placed an order, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Please note that our products are made to order, and production time may vary depending on the item. The estimated production time will be indicated on the product page.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping for Romania and Europe for now but it is work in progress to offer worldwide shipment. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination and the weight or dimensions of the package. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.
Customs and Duties
