When you have found the ones you adore, press the heart icon to save it for later. You will find all your favourites under the heart symbol in the top right corner.
CAN I MAKE MY OWN DESIGN?
Yes, we offer you assistance and production for this requirement. You can send us the image and we will send you, usually via e-mail, a preview of your customized item.Â
Basically, we can create a custom digital cut model just the way you want it.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER SIZE FOR CUSTOM ITEMS, COLLABORATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS?
We can make digital cut designs in a frame of dimensions but the minimum price is calculated different when it is about small-scale models. Because every project has its own terms, we establish this aspect only after we find out more about what you need and try to offer the best cost-effective option for you.

CAN I GET A QUOTE?
When you have found the model(s) you like, please press “customize & buy” and type in your measurements, then you will see the price right away on your screen. If you have a trade account, please log in to your account before following the previous steps.
If you would like our designers to do a custom design (for a design fee) for you, please send a design request. They will get back to you with a quote for the design studio job.

Delivery
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Currently, we are shipping in Romania and European countries but it is work in progress to deliver worldwide. Stay in touch for updates regarding this subject.
WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
Depending on the destination. We are continuously making effort to offer our customers best shipping prices and time delivery. You should see the delivery price after you put the products in the shop cart and fill the address information.
WHAT'S THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
The design items – we usually manufacture and send your order in the following time frames:
Production: 0-2 working days.
Delivery Romania: 1-5 working days, depending on the complexity of the order
Delivery EU: 4-7 working days.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, when your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail from the courier with the tracking details, please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it. If it’s not in your spam folder you’re welcome to contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER TO MY HOME OR OFFICE?
Of course, we deliver your order to the address specified by you upon completing the order.
CAN I CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Yes, the sooner you contact us regarding a change of delivery address, the sooner we can help. Simply reply to the order confirmation or contact us via the contact form and include your order number.
Returns and complaints
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Your items were custom-made to fit the measurements you have chosen. However, we have a Stay Positive Guarantee so if you are not satisfied with the order, please contact us and we will send a new one or give you a full return. The Stay Positive Guarantee is valid 30 days from the order date and doesn’t apply in the case the goods are damaged, broken or in any way unsuitable for future use. If you have questions or are not satisfied with your items, please contact us and we will find a solution for you.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE GOODS?
We offer a one-year guarantee and right of complaint on all products, in accordance with the Romanian Consumer Rights. These warranties apply in Romania. The product guarantee covers initial errors, meaning any defects present in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products received will be returned and exchanged at no additional cost.
We will not compensate for extra costs that may arise during installation. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation. We do not provide reimbursement for incorrect installations. In the event of a dispute, we will adhere to the recommendations of the public complaints committee.
